The De Mayo Knee positioner®, released in 2003, became the "Gold Standard" for knee replacement surgeries worldwide.  After more than a decade of field experience and feedback from surgeons, IMP® released the D2® Knee Positioner with several key features that help to improve O.R.'s productivity.

The De Mayo Adapt2Fit® Modular Knee Positioner provides a two-piece baseplate that quickly breaks the positioner down to half of its overall length. When stored in its standard sterilization tray, the resulting smaller footprint allows it to fit the smaller autoclaves typically found at Outpatient Centers. When disassembled, the Adapt2Fit’s reduced size allows it to be fully submerged in standard sinks and cleaning vessels in a single pass, saving SPD valuable time.

• Functions exactly the same as the original De Mayo Knee Positioner, but with an extended 32” inch working length on the OR table.

• Simplifies cleaning, sterilization, and storage.

An accessory for use with De Mayo Knee Positioners®, the De Mayo Universal Distractor® applies finite pressure to the femur outside the knee joint.

• Allows for an unobstructed view into the posterior capsule without the use of lamina spreaders, or a second pair of hands to apply traction

• Maximum view allows for easy insertion of instruments, trials, and implants while performing Uni, TKA, ACL, and Tibial Plateau surgeries

The Exact-Fit® De Mayo Lateral Positioner® is the only lateral positioner on the market that connects both O.R. table rails into a rigid mechanical construct, offering maximum patient stability. It stores fully assembled and is ready to apply as soon as the patient is placed on the operating room table.

SteriBump® is a sterile, cost-effective, time-saving alternative to cloth bundling for patient protection and support in the O.R. In place of cloth bundling, Innovative Medical Products created SteriBump®, a latex-free, contoured, polyurethane foam block with a closed-cell geometry, to significantly reduce foreign particulates during surgery.
